Tournament Rentals

We offer late model DS gas Club Cars with canopy tops.  These reliable cars will enhance the image of your course, and your players will enjoy the protection from the sun.

Fleet Rental Information (Golf Course Use Only):

Delivery:

Cars are typically delivered in groups of 10, 12 or 20; however, we can accommodate any car rental needs.

Reservations:

Our fleet is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so request your fleet as soon as possible.  Many tournaments occur on Mondays, therefore, it is best to get your reservations in first to guarantee availability.  Once your dates are booked, we will confirm your final rental numbers four days prior to your event.  In the case that we cannot help you, we will do our best to refer other providers in the area to assist you with your rental needs.


Cancellations & Changes:

We understand that the golf tournament business is filled with last-minute changes and cancellations.  The number of vehicles needed may be adjusted up to four days prior to the event.  If the vehicles are confirmed, and the event is cancelled within four days of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  Be sure to contact us regarding the event as soon as details change.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Rain Out Policy:

In the case of a weather-related cancellation, please notify us within 24 hours of the event to secure the 50% rain-out credit for a future event.  If the cars have been used, but the event is shortened, the full rental price will apply.


Lost Key Fee:

Keys will be provided for all rental units upon delivery.  A $3/key fee plus mailing charges will apply to any lost keys.


Damaged or Stolen Vehicles:

Once you take delivery of the vehicles, you are responsible for damage, vandalism and theft.  We expect normal wear and tear, but if damage beyond that occurs, you will be charged for the repairs.


Rental Return Condition:

We strive to deliver our vehicles in excellent rental condition.  We request that the cars be returned reasonably clean and trash-free.  If signs or decorations will be used for your rental, please attach with clear box/office tape, so the risk of damage upon removal is minimal.  We reserve the right to charge for extra time needed to remove excess decorations and/or tape.
