Special Event Rentals
We offer golf cars, four-passenger, 6-passenger, and utility vehicles for all your event needs. The four and 6-passenger vehicles are ideal for outdoor weddings, reunions, or any event where parking may be a problem for your guests. The four and 6-passenger vehicles all come with canopy tops.
Utility vehicles are great for festivals, campgrounds, and sporting events.

Delivery Fee:
All events with less than 10 cars are subject to a $80 delivery fee.
Our special event vehicles are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Make your reservations early to guarantee availability. Once your dates have been booked, we will confirm your final rental numbers four days prior to your event. We reserve the right to refuse rental for certain uses and locations.
Cancellations & Changes:
We understand that changes and cancellations do occur. The number of vehicles needed may be adjusted up to four days prior to the event. If the number of vehicles are changed or cancelled within four days of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental units will be charged. Be sure to contact us regarding the event as soon as details change. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Rain Out Policy:
We do not have a rain-out policy for special event rentals.
Lost Key Fee:
Keys will be provided for all rental units upon delivery. A $3/key fee plus mailing charges will apply to any lost keys.
Damaged or Stolen Vehicles:
Once you take delivery of the vehicles, you are responsible for damage, vandalism and theft. We expect normal wear and tear, but if damage beyond that occurs, you will be charged for the repairs.
Rental Return Condition:
We strive to deliver our vehicles in excellent rental condition. We request that the cars be returned reasonably clean and trash-free. If signs or decorations will be used for your rental, please attach with clear box/office tape, so the risk of damage upon removal is minimal. We reserve the right to charge for extra time needed to remove excess decorations and/or tape.
